Rooms and Suites
Milatel Hotels and Suites has a range of accommodation options to suit couples, families, business people, wedding parties and tour groups. Apart from the standard rooms that have single beds, all our suites have extremely big-sized beds with more than enough leg space. Our suites which comprise of business, royal and presidential suites have both room and parlour. The bathrooms are furnished Jacuzzi to keep you soothed, relaxed and refreshed all day long.
Security:
Our Value for Excellent security is an absolute necessity in our hotel and we have therefore designed and implemented several security measures to ensure our guests and their belongings are safe. Some of our security measures cannot be discussed here for obvious reasons. But we have heavily armed security operatives stationed within and around the hotel premises all day. There is also security light that span from the Anambra State Government house down to the Hotel. The hotel is further protected by security guards at the Government House. As a continuous process, we will continually review our security systems to ensure we are able to balance guests security and comfort.
Professional Staff: All our staff from the front desk officers down to the room attendants, managers, cooks, cleaners, etcare all professionals trained in different aspects of guest’s service. They are all driven by the passion to ensure customer satisfaction through their pleasant and amiable personalities. As a back-up during power outages, we have three standby generators that power all appliances in the hotels.
We guarantee all round power supply in every area in our hotel. We do not ration neither do we power only specific gadgets with generators. You will hardly know the switch from PHCN to generator and vice versa. We are committed to giving you a pleasure beyond measure.
